Dedan Kimathi University of Technology as one of the key approved TVET institutions was selected to organize and host the WSK Mechatronics and Industrie 4.0 through Siemens Mechatronics Certification Centre
The main objective of this exercise was to prepare the Kenya Mechatronics and Industrie 4.0 skills competitors for the WorldSkills International competition scheduled in Lyon, France from 10th to 15th September 2024. As the host of Mechatronics and Industry 4.0 Skills competition, DeKUT was hosting a training program to assist competitors in preparing for WorldSkills 2024.
